The company may be new, but founding members Dilwyn Roberts and Bryn Saynor collectively have over 40 years’ experience in the national bus and coach industry.
During his tenure as a Director of Operations, and various other roles with some of the biggest names in the industry, Dilwyn became familiar with the reoccurring requirements and demands on transport from people using the services.
Likewise, Bryn, well-known for his hands-on approach to running transport, was convinced there was room in the market for a more customer-satisfying service.
Together they set up Dilwyn’s Coaches in recognition that all passengers ultimately want is a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable vehicle that turns up on time.
“Planning a trip can be a difficult process for many people,” says Dilwyn, “there can be a lot to have to deal with, so much to consider that could go wrong on the day. The last thing anyone wants to deal with is trying to get to an event or appointment after your booked transport has failed to show up. I wanted to alleviate some of that stress by providing a coach service that is reliable, a company you can depend on.”
